All classes at Yong Taekwondo offer a basic foundation, which is to help the student maintain or improve their cardio vascular health and endurance and to improve balance and flexibility. Emphasis is placed on several primary activities listed below, these primary activities make up the core of each class:
One or more of the following activities listed below are incorporated into each class, however they can vary on a class by class or day by day basis:
- Cardio workout (running drills, jumping jacks, etc.)
- Kicking drills
- Learning and practicing each of the primary kicks used in the art of Taekwondo
- Hapkido (self defense)
- No contact, free sparring
This class time is reserved for private lessons. Please contact Grand Master Lee directly with any inquiries.
This class time is currently reserved for preschool students that are part of a participating preschool program. Any preschools interested in participating in this class/program should contact Grand Master Lee directly.
This class time is reserved for children only.
Children & Adults
This class time is open for children and adults.
This class time is reserved for children 12 years or older and for *families only.
This class time is reserved for Yong’s Demonstration team only. Students interested in joining the Demo team must meet certain criteria and be approved by Grand Master Lee or Instructor Sergio Hernandez.
